The Base Blasting Pick (BBP) Wands have three functions. First, they are a soft, flexible toothpick that removes food that is stuck outside and around the teeth. Much like a wooden toothpick but with a soft, flexible, touch instead of a hard wooden point that can hurt you.

Then once the food on the outside is picked clear, the flat, soft, Pick becomes a plunger that slides between the space at the base of the teeth. It easily and effortlessly pushes the food stuck in the middle, between the teeth, out the other side, like magic, with a sliding motion between the teeth. The tool can be creatively used many ways to clear lodged food.

It's Gradient Sweep Design mimics the shape of a tooth to maximize the dislodging power. It pushes stuck food out effortlessly, pain free. The curved shape also acts like a scraper of plaque buildup. So, once you clear out the space from stuck food, you move to the small-size BBP Wand Model 200 (red) and use it to scrape the base of the teeth free of plaque buildup. Always rinse with water during and after use for maximum benefit. Rinse, dry, and store your Dental Wands in your Travel Buddy carrying case to keep them clean and safe.

The Full Throttle Push (FTP) Wands clear food stuck because of gaps at the top where the teeth meet and down to the gum line.

First, use the correct Base Blasting Pick Wand to pick out the food that can be removed from the outside of the teeth like a toothpick, small size (red), BBP Wand Model 200 is recommended. Then determine which side of the teeth has less food stuck on the outside and switch to The Full Throttle Push Wand Model 300. If Model 300 is too thin and needs more than one or two pushes to clear the stuck food, then try FTP Wand 301 for a larger space opening.

Slide the Wand between the teeth sideways to remove food stuck at the top of the teeth and between the teeth down to the gumline. The patented Backbone design slides above the teeth and provides additional dislodging power holding the shape of the Wand longer for more uses.
