Return Policy

Due to the nature of a medical type product, our return policy is as stated. Returns are only provided for unopened, unused products. Once the bag is opened a return cannot be issued. These products are used orally and as such cannot be returned unless unopened. No resealing of the original bag, tape or anything that shows the bag has been opened is acceptable as a return. This policy is strictly adhered to.

We provide a 10 day return policy for unopened and unused Dental Wand products. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and will not be reimbursed. There is a 20% restocking fee associated with returns and will be deducted from the cost of the product. Shipping and Handling fees, if any, are not refundable for the products shipped in your return order.

To return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Click here to submit an RMA. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. All RMA’s are instituted from your customer account. Click Returns and RMAs to begin the process.

Defective or Incorrect Products:

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 10 days from the date of your receipt of the product. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the date of your receipt of the product. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for the return of defective or incorrect products we shipped to you.

All Other Returns:

For all other returns, you may only return unopened products in their original packaging and in good condition. Products must be returned for a refund within 10 days of your receipt of the product. A Return Merchandise Authorization must be completed before a return will be accepted. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Subject to 20% restocking fee.

Please include your "Order Number" or a printed copy of your order confirmation.
To guarantee delivery we suggest you include tracking with your return.
Refunds will be processed within three business days of receipt and inspection of returns.
